🔁 Island Crafter Returns & Repairs Policy

Because every Island Crafter piece is handmade, uniquely finished, and crafted in small batches, returns work a little differently than mass-produced retail items.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or if the item doesn’t match home décor. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and made with natural materials that vary in colour, grain, and character.

If There’s an Issue With Your Order

Quality matters to us. If something isn’t right, we want the chance to make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a workmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description.

Repairs Come First

In most cases, we will offer repair or replacement before considering any refund. This keeps waste out of landfills and honor's the handmade nature of our work.

If a repair or replacement isn’t possible, we’ll discuss the appropriate next step on a case-by-case basis.

Natural Material Disclaimer

Wood is a natural material and may feature knots, grain variation, colour differences, or small imperfections that add to its charm. These are not considered defects. Proper care is important to maintain your piece over time.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized pieces are non-refundable under all circumstances unless there is a clear craftsmanship issue.

Return Shipping (If Approved)

If a return is approved, items must be returned in unused condition and in original or equivalent packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was our error.
